Yes. You can book individual tickets for Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern and Dolmabahçe Palace, or choose a combo that includes several attractions.

A combo brings admission to your selected attractions together in one booking. Each attraction has its own entrance procedures and visiting rules. Check the product details for the admissions and services included in your package.

No. Combo tickets are valid over several consecutive days — each combo states how many, counted from the start date you choose — so you can spread your visits across them. Follow the validity dates and any entry instructions shown in your booking. This flexibility does not provide unlimited entry to the attractions.

Your booking confirmation is sent by email. Entrance tickets are collected in person at the designated meeting point, following the instructions in your confirmation. Your confirmation email is not the entrance ticket.

At our meeting point. Your confirmation includes its location, directions and collection instructions. Go there before visiting the attraction and have your booking reference and identification ready.

Where included, this allows you to avoid the on-site ticket purchase queue. Security checks, ticket validation and any queues caused by visitor capacity still apply.

Harem and Hagia Irene admission is included only when expressly listed in the selected product’s inclusions. Check “View Ticket Details” before booking to make sure your ticket covers the areas you want to visit.

The Hagia Sophia ticket provides access to the upper Visitor Gallery through the designated cultural visitor route. It does not include access to the ground-floor prayer area or the separate Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum.

Check the inclusions of your selected ticket or combo. Where a digital audio guide is included, you will use it on your own smartphone. Bring headphones and follow the download instructions before your visit.

An admission ticket with an audio guide is a self-guided visit. Ticket collection or assistance from a host does not include a live guided tour unless this is specifically stated in the product details.

Topkapı Palace is normally closed on Tuesdays, and Dolmabahçe Palace is normally closed on Mondays. Check your selected dates and the latest visitor information before planning a combo itinerary. Religious observances, public holidays or temporary closures may affect access.

Yes. Hagia Sophia is an active mosque. Visitors should cover their shoulders and knees, and women must cover their hair. Bring a scarf and wear suitable clothing for your visit.

You can cancel for a full refund at least 24 hours before your selected reservation time. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before that time are not eligible for a refund.
